Our challenge was to create a brand for an enterprise at the Albrighton Estate located on the historic site of the Battle of Shrewsbury. We created Battlefield 1403 — a total brand experience. Everything about it is completely cohesive from the packaging and menus to signage and loyalty scheme. And this consistency of approach has reaped rewards – literally!

The loyalty scheme we recently created has exceeded membership predictions by over 300%. This is because it was based on robust research and customer understanding which is all part of our approach to design.

The business is hugely successful and now employs around 50 people over two locations. We are pleased to be brand guardians for this exciting food and drink destination.
