Put simply, we design brand identities (yes, ok you can call them logos!) and create brand images – also known as 'visual language'. And then we implement them – across a multitude of platforms – both printed, digital and environmental.
This can include a brochure, stationery and packaging; website, email marketing and social media; vehicles, signs and office graphics.
The first step is to help our clients to work out their brand values, their vision and their mission. Their brand story. Who they are, what they do and who they do it for.
We will then start the creative work – developing ideas, concepts, initial designs – and present several ideas for consideration, leading to a final solution which is created as useabe formats – PDF, EPS, JPEG and PNG. At this stage we will also put together a brand guideline.
We live in a visual world. There are logos and brands everywhere around us. Every organisation, whether large or small, needs something visual to set it apart from others. That’s usually done with a logo or brand identity – a symbol of recognition for your business or organisation. A considered, well-designed logo or brand can enhance your business, it should reflect your company’s values and it should communicate your message effectively. A great logo is memorable, it is instant. And the more you see it, the more likely you are to remember it. At Carl Jones Design we use typography, symbology, colour, graphic elements and common sense when designing a brand.
